Teaser Tuesdays - the Shadow Queen


Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

My teaser this week is from a book I'm rereading:

Vae spun around and whapped Ranon in the face with her tail. *Theran? Theran! go fetch the Queen.* "Yeah, Theran," Ranon said, stepping back to avoid being whapped in the face again. "Go fetch."

    Ranon's snark sounds entertaining & this looks like a romantic historical fantasy. I haven't read any of Anne Bishop's books yet. Thanks for sharing a teaser! :)

    I haven't read this one, but I did like the Anne Bishop novels I tried (Landscapes of Ephemera series). Nice teaser!
