Armchair BEA - Giveaway

You can't have a big book event without a chance to get a free book.

When I was scheduling my giveaway for Armchair BEA, I pondered what book I'd pick for my giveaway. Jessica from Notes of a Book Lover suggested City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare.

As I'm currently reading the Mortal Instrument series (I'm on book 2) that seemed like a good idea, but still I wanted to also promote books that I have read and really love.

So here's the deal:

You can chose from the following books:

City of Heavenly Fire By Cassandra Clare
One of the other Mortal Instrument books
The Hallowed Ones by Laura Bickle
The Outside by Laura Bickle
The Mark of the Tala by Jeffe Kennedy

I will be honest and confess I think you should pick a book by Laura Bickle or Jeffe Kennedy, but it's up to you. Make sure to click the links to go to my reviews if you want to know more before making your decision.

The rules:

One person will win one of the above mentioned books (winner's choice)

- Leave a comment on this post telling me which book you want to win, or which book you think I should read, or something like that, to earn 1 extra entry in the giveaway
- Do so before June 9th 2014 (I will pick a winner soon after that date)
- Open to anyone who's legally allowed to enter this giveaway and lives somewhere the bookdepository ships to.

    I'd actually like to win the first of the Mortal Instruments series because I haven't read any yet!! I've seen the movie and loved it though :)
    If you love YA urban fantasy I highly recommend you read anything by Shalini Boland or Melissa Pearl. I'm totally hooked on them!

    I picked one of the other TMI books. I absolutely love that series, but I've only had it on my Kindle. I'd love to get a print copy to start my collection and to begin my reread of the entire series!

    I loved these books and you might too - The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater, Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, and The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair that Changed America by Erik Larson. Thanks for this amazing giveaway – I would love to win!

    I've heard wonderful things about The Hallowed Ones, but I'd personally choose COHF because, WOW, I can't wait to read it! Only if it's hardback, though! Otherwise, I'll be taking The Hallowed Ones :) thanks for this giveaway, and in hope you enjoy The Mortal Instruments as much as I did!

    If I'm licky enough to win, i will choose the Jeffe Kennedy book, because I trust your judgment, and I know how much you & Voodoo Bride enjoy her books, and because I already own & adore The Hallowed Ones & The Outside, Laura Bickle rocks!

    Anyway, you should read Alison Goodman's Eon & Eona if you still haven't, I think you'll enjoy them :)

    I might pick City of Heavenly Fire even though I haven't read the series yet. I have a feeling I will fly right through them! The Winner's Curse by Marie Rutoski was my latest read. A lot of people seemed to love it. I thought the romance was great!

    the mark of tala would be my first choice if i don't get it before.
    the second choice would be one of the missing book in the mortal instrument ( simply because i hate unfinished series)^^

    If City of Heavenly Fire is in hardcover, I'd pick that one (the rest of my series is hardcover and I'm one of those "obssessed with matching books"), otherwise I'd pick The Hallowed Ones.

    I'd go with THO only because the description of the series sounds so intriguing and I am one who has to read everything in order. I've got all the TMI so far on my kindle but only had time to read COB yet.
