I've just checked out her blog. She does write good reviews! =)
However, I've compared her reactions to books I'm familiar with to my own and come to realise that we kind of have opposite opinions about everything. =P What I'd give 5/5, she gives 2/5 or lower! So she's kind of a "reverse recommender" for me at the moment . . . but she also has me totally intrigued about PNR author Shelly Laurenston, whom I know nothing about. I'll give her a chance, and if she clicks, I'll be really happy! =)
But what do you think of Laurenston, Sully? Or should I ask Voodoo Bride about her? ;-)
I don't always agree on the rating either, but the reviews are in depth enough for me to be able to make out wether I should pick up the book or not.
PNR is usually Voodoo Bride's territory. We haven't read anything by Laurenston yet though, so no verdict yet.
